    Default BCAA's

Alex, I'm confused . . . I'm on my 2nd wk taking the Intermediate WL MR (by the way, both flavors I ordered. . .banana & nat grape. . . are TERRIFIC!! THANX!) & my trainer advised me to get some "amino acids." After checking out both your products, BCAA Caps & Theta, this is where the "confusion" set in. You state, "Years of research have proven that supplementing w BCAA's produce no ergonomic benefits. . . After several research studies, it has been proven that supplementing w BCAA's does NOT work. . ." Continuing reading your statement, am I correct to assume/conclude that because Theta is a "natural state" product, which makes it higher in bioavailability, BCAA's actually do make a difference. In other words, scientifically/physiologically I'm asking, is the BCAA use a theory or is it proven, & the previous products didn't "produce the assumed results" because of their "not so natural state?" Next, should I be taking one of those products? Which one?

Apologies for my confusing writing. . . hope you understand my main question/concern. THANX.

FYI, I'm trying to keep my "supplementation" down to the least BECAUSE I'M A BELIEVER IN GETTING MY "STUFF" FROM WHOLE FOODS, ETC., but I want the results of a lean, somewhat muscular body. . . not for aesthetics, but for strength to carry on day-to-day life chores & ease in enjoying outdoor activities, etc.

    Default BCAA's dont WORK!!!

I still believe that free form amino acids are pretty much useless. They have NEVER been proven to do diddly squat. You can find the biggest bunch of bullshit on the net. Like take L-arginine for a violent pump. (I actually read that in the latest muscular developement). Its a joke. The BCAA's that I sell is actually just a whole food protein. Not a free form amino acid. If you trainer wants you to take more amino acids just tell him/her, "sure no problem, I'll just eat more protein". "Got a chicken breast?".

Im with you on getting your supplements from food. Dont waste you money on NO2, or any other crazy krap. If anything you want to spend money on

    1) A good quality protein (CFM)
    2) A good quality carb (oat muscle)
    3) A good quality fat (fish oil gels, hemp oil)
    4) and fruits and veggies,
