    Default formula thoughts?

this is primarily for post workout. I do martial arts....Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

    Alex...or anyone...

I'm wondering if I have the right level of carbs. Between my drive home after a workout, walking the dog, etc, etc....there's approx a 45min gap in between my protein shake and when I get to eat some actual food. So obviously I don't want my precious protein to be burned off

Also, this formula is similar to the last concoction I got.....and one thing I've been noticing is that my muscles seem to have gotten harder! I'm wondering if this is because of the super plasma protein....???? Also, any thoughts in general would be great

    NEW mix

    10% CFM isolate
    20% Hydolyzed 520
    20% super Plamsa
    25% pepto pro
    15% Rilose
    10% instant oatmuscle

    OLD!!! mix

    10% CFM Whey Isolate
    20% Hydrolyzed 520
    10% Super Plasma Protein
    20% PeptoPro
    20% Rilose
    20% Instant OatMuscle

Your formulas only have a slight variation. You will probably see things such as muscle growth, definition, etc

You have the same problem I do. You run out of 100%.

The New formula has less carbs, and both have part fast digest carbs and slow digest. Although oatmuscle is excellent, you could make it all Rilose and save the oatmuscle for another shake you will make 2-3 hours or so after you work out.

the plasma IS awesome indeed. wud it be feasible to drop the rilose and oatmuscle in yur formula and add that 25% to ur plasma total. i always get my carb source seperate and add whatever amount i feel i need.
    thx..djones

I would agree with djones, i love super plasma. Great for recovery and growth overall. I normally eat frutis or bread with my shake.

Ah very nice, that man seems to avoided the lime light more so than his other family members. He is very skilled. You are around a nice hotbed of talent in CA.

Yea John is a great great teacher and the nicest guy ever. Yea it's weird how Cali has become a mini-mecca of BJJ........on the street where I live if you turn right about a mile up the road is Rigan Machado's place....if you turn left the gracie academy is about 3 miles away. Eddie Bravo is in Santa Monica.........and of course there are a host of others.
