    Default General Use Formula

I considering using the following formula throughout the day. I'll drink one shake when I wake up with a tsp of Pepto Pro added. And I'll drink another in the afternoon.

    20% Soy Protein Isolate
    40% MMC
    40% Iso-Chill

    What do you guys think?

i really dont see anything wrong with that, my anytime is 50% Victoria milk, 30% soy isolate, 20% tri-fx or cfm or any other isolate i have on deck... with 5-10g of bovine

    sort of a budget type....

but i think you cant go wrong with your mix as well...

taste should be good. my experience has been that soy isolate and mmc do make mixing more difficult though when only a shaker is utilized.
    thx..djones

Yeah, if the mmc mixes anything like the aussie you are in for one thick shake at 40%.

I gave the aussie a shot in my latest formula but am going to stick with the IPI for my slow release at it mixes a lot easier.

But a blender bottle makes all the difference in the world for mixing a shake.

As for taste, I am a stevia person and the gourmet vanilla and plain old chocolate are my favorite flavors.
