Thread: super instant whole egg powder

Being shipped to us probably next week is a new premium whole egg powder. What is remarkable about this new whole egg powder is that it is NOT spray dried but if you try it will be one of the best instantized powders you have ever seen. And what is even more amazing is that it contains ZERO soy lecithin. If you have been keeping up with proteinfactory.com news you would have noticed that we came out with a new protein called Heliogen casein, was the first instant protein powder released in sports nutriton history NOT to contain soy lecithin. And since then remains the ONLY instant protein with sunflower lecithin instead of soy. Next, to high ranking forum members I gave them an opportunity to sample my new Vitellogen Whey Protein Concentrate. The first protein EVER to be instantized NOT using Soy lecithin. (See where Im going with this?)

And now we have the FIRST whole egg powder to be instantized NOT using soy lecithin. My new super instant whole egg protein powder (name might be changed later). the quality is superb as this is a USDA factory made protein powder. Its tastes just like whole egg. yes that would be a great formula. "Soy lecithin free protein powder.". Not only that but the Vitellogen Whey will be available the end of August".

Then after that proteinfactory.com will have a full line of "soy" free protein powders.

I think the taste is slightly better than the spray dried whole egg powder I buy right now. But to be quite frank, its exactly like breaking a real egg and making it into a liquid. but we can flavor it. Here the other cool think about it. You can microwave it and it turns into scrambled eggs. (with a small amout of water added). So if you bring it to work and add water and stick it in the microwave you can have chocolate flavored scrambled eggs or vanilla! (thats just if your deperate to eat something

There is nothing about this idea that sounds at all appetizing

Its actually really good. Especially when customized. It adds a creaminess and better taste. Even though we havent tried it I bet something like 20% instant whole egg, 30% heliogen casein, and 50% whey isolate will taste really good.

Try something like 40% whole egg 30% oat muscle and 30% isolate with vanilla.........

This egg version sounds way better than the last one. I can't wait to scramble up some eggs!
