    Indeed, it's instantized. I just checked with alex, it uses normal soy lecithin, but it's instantized. Now I just need to figure out if I want to risk the small amount of soy that would be in a mix with 5-10% super plasma.

    why is it instantized now? faster absorbtion rate? soy lechiten have no effect on me but why is that most people rather not ingest soy lechtien?

    Default super plasma

    The super plasma is now instantized using soy lecithin. Soy lecithin does have some phytosterols which could be estrogenic. Granted its a very, very small amount but they are in their. Some people are allergic to any soy products. Depending on feedback, I might carry. both. right now we are stocking only the instant.
