    I saw on some of your training you use cable exercises...I seem to do a lot on the cables and find that of course I can do heavier weights than if I use free weights. Thing is, I'm afraid I am becoming reliant on the cable exercises...is that a bad thing? Less results? Do you use them a lot?

    I like to use the cables to isolate a specific muscle. Cables will allow for a strict motion and resistance is not as great as a db excercise, but will also keep you from getting bored with the same routine.

    Nothing wrong with them, but unless you had surgery or doctor guided, I would not use them all the time

    I would suggest using free wgts, cables as well as machines. I will use cables as part of my routine every other work out.

    Slower motion and with a full extension or squeeze.
