    i ordered some gplc and killer qc just now and was wondering whats the best way to take GPLC? should i just stak everything together at PWO or what

    To get the pump effects of GPLC I would take before workout with some simple carbs. Thirty minutes prior will get you where you need to be. I can even see drinking it during your workout with some gatorade if you don't have your meal schedule and supplement schedule down to a science.

    I am not saying there isn't one, but I don't know of the post workout benefit of GPLC...that is not to say there is not one, I just don't know of one.

    I mixed it with some Sonic Protein I got on sale from bodybuilding.com along with some creapure and the workout and recovery was great.

    Be aware that the response to GPLC is variable, in that some guys get a significant effect from the standard 4.5 g, some get a minimal effect, and others get no effect at all. This is documented in the studies on GPLC done by Rick Bloomer.

    It also appears that there is a dose-response relationship, in that some individuals who have minimal response at 4.5 g do respond at a higher dose, e.g. 9 g.
