    Default Heliogen Casein mrp

    If I add a banana and some safflower oil would this be a good drink? I think I'll use some milk and frozen blueberries to give it some sweetness. If I have anything with sub. sugar I get a headache. I tried a friends muscle gauge powder and it gave me one. The taste was too good and from being on this site I felt the protein wasn't as good. Still trying to come up with something that taste like a chocolate milk shake.....

    Sounds fine! and it should taste pretty good. To make it taste better add coconut oil instead of safflower oil.
