    Default During workout?

    I was wondering, is it worth it to drink something besides water during your workout? You know, intra workout supplementation? If so, any suggestions?

    hey jon..i think so. around 20oz of gatarade combined with 20g of pepto, 5g killer qc and 5g creapure. sip before/during. chug remainder post. been doing this 4 a short while just to chg things up a bit and so far i like it. is it diff than the usual pre/post seperate shakes..i dont really know. like i said its just a nice chg of pace

    Thanks bro. How have you been? Yeah, I have been using G2 (purple, my fav.) and bcaas during my workout. I like it better than just water. I guess it really can't hurt unless you are consuming to many calories.

    I have seen recommendations for sip half your PWO during your workout, then slam the rest at the end. Sounds like exactly what djones suggested.

    If you want to take things even further, you can follow that up with another PWO about 90 minutes after that, your body should be primed for another shot. I would even do another one first thing the next morning after a workout, like keep it ready by your bed, mix and slam before you even get up.
