In the February 2006 issue of Men's Health Magazine on page 136 the author recommended to buy this custom formula from ProteinFactory.com®. A study was done at University of Baylor on men who drank a mixture of carbohydrates and a special blend of protein after lifting weights. Those who drank the mixture gained 8 percent more muscle in 10 weeks than guys who did not have the protein blend. The formula was 5 grams of carb, 24 grams of whey protein and 16 grams of casein.
