Awesome for vegans who are on a tight budget and looking to add a different protein beyond the usual soy isolate. Just make sure to add plenty of water. I use about 16oz for 30-40 grams (the 70cc scoop). If you don't use enough water, it has a very grainy feel that can be irritating to your throat.

Another high quality product from PF. Agree with previous reviewer, this stuff needs to be adequately diluted, 16-20 ozs. Just taken plain with water it's pretty rough (shame that PF can't blend/customize this with other stuff) , but mixed with something else that is flavored and sweetened is pretty good. Adding it to g8rade also works well.

Cons: The powder has a grainy texture and a somewhat bitter aftertaste. By itself, RPC is a bit overpowering. Also, a fine cloud of dust forms when pouring this stuff into a container or roughly scooping it into a glass.
Pro's: Dissolves easily, digests quickly and is kind to my GI tract. The low price is nice too.
