How is my product packaged? |

Mostly everything is shipped in re-sealable, stand up, foil bags. We do carry some products such as our Rifle, Whey Light and Anapure that come in a container. Anything that you can choose flavor, sweeteners, etc., will come in a bag. |

What shipping methods do you offer |

UPS and USPS. Protein Factory ships world-wide and to Military addresses too! |

How long does it take to get my product? |
| A: |
All orders ship from our facility in 1-2 business days. Since everything is made to order to your specification, Protein Factory is not able to ship everything the same day. Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9-5 pm EST. Protein Factory is located in Brick, NJ. Shipping times range from 1-5 business days using UPS Ground and 1-3 using USPS Priority Mail. |

I placed an order for Next Day Air. It's been 2 days and I dont have my package. |

Since everything is made to order to YOUR specifications, each product has to be made. This can take anywhere from 1-2 business days. Choosing a faster shipping time unfortunately cannot speed up processing time. It WILL however, speed up the time it takes from the minute it leaves our facility. Once it ships, you will have yor package tomorrow. |

My order says shipped on your site, but I do not have a tracking number. Where can I get one? |

Each order that is shipped from our facility where a valid email address is provided will receive a tracking number if shipped via UPS. This email will come from quantumviewnotify@ups.com. If you have a spam filter set up, check in there. If you shipped through USPS, unfortunately they do not have up to the minute tracking and it will only show you when its scanned in your town. Nevertheless, one will be provided to you. If you did not receive it in your inbox, email info@proteinfactory.com and one will be sent within 1 business day. |
