| Q: | How is my product packaged? |
| A: | Mostly everything is shipped in re-sealable, stand up, foil bags. We do carry some products such as our Rifle, Whey Light and Anapure that come in a container. Anything that you can choose flavor, sweeteners, etc., will come in a bag. |
| Q: | I need some help: How do I order from Protein Factory? If I order quantity 5, how will it come? How do I order a custom mix? I still need help on what to order, now what? How do I know which product is which? |
| A: | Protein Factory ships in bulk. If you order quantity 5, 5 lbs will be sold in 1 bag (unless otherwise noted). To order a custom protein, go to the custom protein lab. If you need help, use our website to contact Alex for what you should order! |
| Q: | Why should I order from Protein Factory? |
| A: | Protein Factory prides ourselves on quality ingredients only. You can pick and choose any flavors or sweeteners, order plain protein, design your own. Where else can you do that? |
Shipping
| Q: | While I was shopping, my shipping rate said $6.85, when I hit checkout, it jumped to $14.95. Why? |
| A: | Protein Factory's shipping charges are calculated based on weight to your doorstep. Prior to hitting checkout, you were probably not logged in. Our default location is NJ (where we are located). Our system has no way of knowing your exact address prior to logging in. Once you log in, it re-calculates to your door, instead of to a door in NJ. |
| Q: | What shipping methods do you offer |
| A: | UPS and USPS. Protein Factory ships world-wide and to Military addresses too! |
| Q: | How long does it take to get my product? |
| A: | All orders ship from our facility in 2-3 business days. Since everything is made to order to your specification, Protein Factory is not able to ship everything the same day. Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9-5 pm EST. Protein Factory is located in Brick, NJ. Shipping times range from 1-5 business days using UPS Ground and 1-3 using USPS Priority Mail. |
| Q: | I placed an order for Next Day Air. It's been 2 days and I don’t have my package. |
| A: | Since everything is made to order to YOUR specifications, each product has to be made. This can take anywhere from 2-3 business days. Choosing a faster shipping time unfortunately cannot speed up processing time. It WILL however, speed up the time it takes from the minute it leaves our facility. Once it ships, you will have your package tomorrow. |
| Q: | My order says shipped on your site, but I do not have a tracking number. Where can I get one? |
| A: | Each order that is shipped from our facility where a valid email address is provided will receive a tracking number if shipped via UPS. This email will come from quantumviewnotify@ups.com. If you have a spam filter set up, check in there. If you shipped through USPS, unfortunately they do not have up to the minute tracking and it will only show you when its scanned in your town. Nevertheless, one will be provided to you. If you did not receive it in your inbox, email info@proteinfactory.com and one will be sent within 1 business day. |
