ProteinFactory.com® will ship anywhere in the world, including military addresses! When using the order form, please request what type of delivery you want. For information on each method available, please visit our Shipping Information.

ProteinFactory.com® Costs
Please read this carefully so that you understand the charges applied to you by ProteinFactory.com®. We will only charge you for what you ordered plus shipping charges. We are not responsible for importation taxes (customs charges), brokerage, duties, clearance charges applied to your order. It is your responsibility to know the charges before the order is shipped. If you refuse the package you will NOT be awarded a charge back to your credit card and we will not refund you anything!

For example.

If you order 1 pound of WPC @ $7.95 per pound and shipping is $10.00. Your total bill is $17.95. That is all ProteinFactory.com® charges you. You will receive an invoice showing that. ANY OTHER CHARGES WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR.

Insurance
All international shipments packages shipped through UPS will be insured. All international shipments through USPS will be insured, provided that the destination country provides insurance for international shipments. If your country does NOT have insurance, ProteinFactory.com® is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or unclaimed shipments. No refunds will be given. Israel and the Netherlands are two examples of countries which do not provide insurance.

Return Policy
If the country that the package is shipped to allows insured packages, products under 5 lbs and valued below $50.00 can be returned for a full refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for shipping charges back to us. Refunds will not be given until the package is received at ProteinFactory.com®.

Lost and Damaged Shipments
In the event that your package has been lost or damaged, the ProteinFactory.com® will refund the entire invoice if you choose to cancel your order. If you choose to have more products sent, they will be shipped as soon as possible from our facility. You at this time will not be charged any additional charges.

If your package is shipped via USPS please note that after 75 days neither ProteinFactory.com®y nor the Post Office is responsible for your shipment and you will not be refunded for anything. It is important that if you do not receive your package within 6 weeks you contact us immediately!

Customs Problems
Due to the nature of the product, ie. Dairy materials and protein powders and supplements, each country has their own rules on importation of supplement products. It is your responsibility to know these rules, Protein Factory is not responsible for knowing these rules. If the package is not allowed to be delivered to you for any reason or you refuse the package, we will charge you all charges and fees we have been billed as a result.

Customs Problems such as seizures and delays can occur and in which ProteinFactory.com® is not responsible.

If additional documentation is needed from ProteinFactory.com®, contact us immediately and we will send you the paper work. Please note that we will not send packages internationally declared as: Gifts, Samples or Promotions and we will NOT reduce the dollar amounts.
