Unless you have been living under a rock for your whole life, you will know that in order to lose body fat and gain muscle mass you need frequent meals consisting of protein and carbs, every bodybuilder and/or nutritional expert knows this, but the carbs must be low glycemic and contain zero sugar. Unfortunately your choices for powders have been limited to maltodextrin, (a high GI carb, not good for bodyfat reduction) or something like our rice oligodextrin, which is not really a "bodybuilders" choice carb, plus it tastes grainy and chalky. Our OatMuscle is a "lean muscle" carbohydrate specifically manufactured for bodybuilders. Very user friendly. OatMuscle contains protein, fiber, and dietary fat.

Oatmuscle, rich in beta-glucans, full of fiber and induces satiety while not promoting sluggishness. Beta-glucans are compounds within oats that actually can lower your risk of heart disease.

OatMuscle should be used with an instant protein powder like CFM whey isolate and/or IPI whey isolate. OatMuscle has a semi-sweet taste. It does an excellent job of masking bad tasting ingredients.

While most companies still you maltodextrin in their meal replacement powders and weight gain formulas, this is no longer the choice carbohydrate. Oatmuscle should now be used in place of maltodextrin. If you want to make a custom formula using Oatmuscle in our ProteinLab, you can do so by making using a percentage anywhere from 10% to 60%

The glycemic index of Oatmuscle is approximately 50

This is my new favorite low GI carb. It really does taste great and mixes well.
    Definitely 5 Star.

In my opinion, one of the best additions you can make to a meal replacement shake. Adds a good amount of fiber, a little fat, and plenty of low glycemic index carbs. Adds a lot of flavor and substance to the traditional meal replacement shake. Although, maltodextrin is king for post-work shakes this stuff is light years better for meal replacement needs.

A tad bit on the expensive side (I think) but its good stuff. WAY better than adding raw oatmeal to your protein shake and grinding it all up (been there, done that.....yech)

Product works great. Obviously doesn't do whatt the HRS does but for low glycemic can't be beat. "Masking bad tasting ingredients" is so true..I mix this with the '520' isolate and some CFM..tastes great.

This is something special. The only other review I've ever done in my life was for miccelar casein, and that and this would be the perfect meal replacement. Tastes awesome, low gi- that is very hard to find in powder form. I mix it up in the morning before school and have continuous energy. Requires a mixer or blender. Freaking awesome stuff, try it.

I have to agree with everyone here. This stuff is revolutionary. I've been looking for a low-GI carbohydrate source for ages, and this one has it all. Great taste, good texture, zero sugar, plenty of fiber and beta-glucans. I combine this with a custom protein blend including whey fraction, membrane micellar caesin, peptopro and super plasma for the Ultimate Meal Replacement and weight gain shake. Kudos, Alex!

A good product, but I think that Protein Factory can do better. $.64 a serving vs

For some reason, when I use this product, it makes me sick in the stomach. And I appear to be allergic to it. I’m not sure why this is, maybe because it is not organic. But if you don’t have problems with it, it might be a good product. But I’m not sure if the claim of being low glycemic can be trusted or not. But as for me, I use Brown Rice Syrup for a carb source in my workout drink. It gives a moderate glycemic response.

Cannot believe the sweetness that Oat Muscle adds to my meal replacement shake. It's like drinking healthy oatmeal cookies. Yum! The Instant Oat Muscle does blend a bit better, but I'd recommend either.

Great product for those high carb days.

Product tasts good, definitely less chalky than other brands, and is reasonably dense in carbohydrates, but what really is the glycemic index number of this product? What verification is there for it to be considered "low"?
