The look. Bio-Fresh Whey protein is actually the color white. Take any other company's whey isolate, and it has a slight off-white to yellowish color. Holding the Bio-Fresh next to any company's protein you can clearly see the difference in color. So what's the big deal with color? Freshness. The faster the protein is processed, the lighter the color because less of the lipids from the whey have been oxidized. Less oxidation means better quality.
