Author: agold4@hotmail.com I tried this protein in the banana flavor. It is very tasty and a tad thicker than the CFM whey protein which I also take. I suggest trying this protein as a good way to take a combination of proteins without a lot of calories. A very good product and a very good value.

You cannot beat the versatility and the price. The only time I don't use this shake is pre/post workout. As an MRP, I add .5c oatmeal, 1c skim milk, and 1/2 tbsp flax for a great tasting shake. It tastes good and can be mixed w/out a blender. WIll definitley buy again (or try to develop my own).

Morning MRP is Penta + oatmeal +Glutamine Peptides. Penta by itself as afternoon MRP. Post workout, I leave no stone unturned. Whey alone as a post workout meal is a waste. I use Penta +Whole Egg + Super Bovine+Hemp Pro+Glutamine Peptide+Flax oil+Hemp oil. Banana and Chocolate with Aspertame delivers best taste to mask the bitterness of added Glutamine Peptides.
Author: ALACAVA7@comcast.net I have been buying PentaPro for about three years. However, I recently bought some chocolate flavored protein at GNC (thier own blend). I have to tell you, I have never actually tasted a horse's behind... but that stuff was as close as I will ever get! Horrid. They use a sweetener (forgot the name) that when I googled I found out was the most dangerous on the market- worse than sacharin. It was awful blechhy and I will never buy anything but PentaPro from now on. Forgive me- I learnt my lesson!

Author: agold4@hotmail.com Came back to this combination of proteins after using a long time ago. Use when I wake up in the morning, add to my oatmeal and use at bedtime. The chocolate and vanilla flavors are very good and easy to mix. Doesn't upset your stomach. The banana flavor I ordered is not very good. Has a smell about it and I don't like it. Only reason I rated the combination as a 4 instead of a 5. I would stick to the basic flavors and add fruit etc. for other flavorings.

Author: yngdiego@yahoo.com I got the chocolate with splenda, which is great. I blend 1/3 cup Penta with 1 cup skim milk and a bananna, and it tastes like a quality milkshake! Not sure if its doing anything for my gains, but tastes great.
Author: steven strobel (sstrobel@neo.rr.com) i first tried this protein some time back and have come back to it after trying other proteins. i don't really think there is anything better that has a decent taste, mixes well and delivers decent results. by results i mean keeping my energy levels up while keeping my caloric intake low. i use it for breakfast, an afternoon snack and before bed. only other protein i use is anapure which i use before and after my martial arts training. i highly recommend penta pro to everyone.
Author: Fitz This is a good protein blend, easy on the gut and effective. I add a 1/2 tsp of glutamine to my Penta shakes and have been packing on solid lean muscle.
