Customers wishing to return or exchange merchandise must contact us prior to returning anything for a Return Authorization Number within 30 days from date of receipt. Claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. No Return Authorization Numbers will be given over 30 days. We do not accept returns on T-Shirts, Books or Shaker Cups.

Your valid return authorization number must be on the shipping label. Any packages sent back without this information will be refused back to the customer.
Once the product is received at our facility, a credit will be issued to your credit card for product only or a store credit will be issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you are unable to return the package to us, we can send out a UPS call tag, however, you will be billed the applicable shipping charges for the package to be returned to us prior to pick up of UPS.
If you are unsure if you will like a product, order 1-2 pounds to start and increase from that point.
If in the rare occasion that Protein Factory ships a product that is incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt of the package. At that time, Protein Factory will have UPS pick up the product that is incorrect and ship new product out at no additional charge as quickly as possible. We will however, need to send out a UPS call tag to retrieve the incorrect item.
