Protein Factory does not accept returns on any products. Claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. If any issue is found with your order, please contact us immediately for corrective action.
If you are unsure if you will like a product, order 1-2 pounds to start and increase from that point.
If in the rare occasion that Protein Factory ships a product that is incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt of the package. At that time, Protein Factory will have UPS pick up the product that is incorrect and ship new product out at no additional charge as quickly as possible. We will however, need to send out a UPS call tag to retrieve the incorrect item.
