All orders are shipped from our facility in up to 3 business days from receipt of the order. ProteinFactory.com® uses UPS and USPS as package carriers. Once you hit checkout, a list of shipping options and their rates will be displayed. To see how long your shipment will take once it is shipped via UPS Ground, please view the detailed map by clicking here. We are located in 08723, New Jersey. If faster shipping is desired, please choose the appropriate method. Please note that this will not speed up processing time, only shipping time once the order is shipped from our facility. For example, orders that are selected for Next Day Air will still ship from our facility within 2-3 business days.
Please note that PO Boxes and Military addresses, must use USPS mail shipping methods. UPS cannot ship to these locations. If you choose an invalid shipping option, we will adjust your order to reflect a valid shipping option if possible. Otherwise, this will delay your order awaiting a response.
* Tracking #'s Available: E-mail us with your name and address and one will be e-mailed back within 36 hours if it has shipped from our facility. If it has not, we will make sure to provide you with one when it does. If you provide an e-mail address with your order, one will be automatically sent to you from UPS the day that the order ships from quantumviewnotify@ups.com
Lost or Delayed Shipments: Please keep in mind the delivery time for your package. If you feel that your package is delayed or there have been any problems, please call or email us ASAP.
Wrong Addresses or Delivery Information: Please be sure to enter in your correct address for shipments including apartment, suite and floor numbers. If this information is not provided to us accurately, UPS will not be able to deliver your package until we provide them with this information. In such cases, if this package is not delivered, UPS charges an $11.00 fee to add this information or edit the information if it is incorrect. This fee will be passed along in order for us to have your package redelivered. If some information is missing, the only option to avoid this fee is to pick up from the UPS center. If the wrong address is given and the package is in transit, we will be able to edit that with UPS, however an $11.00 fee will apply. If the package has been delivered to the wrong address, we will attempt to obtain the package, however, nothing more can be reshipped to you until that package is in transit back to us. You will then be charged for the applicable shipping fees to reroute your package to you.
