I feel it’s important to let the readers to know what class action lawsuits have been filed against companies allegedly protein spiking. Here is a partial list of class action lawsuits that I found. If you read some of the lawsuits you’ll see actual lab tests performed on the defendants proteins. Not sure how you can dispute lab tests, but I’m sure these companies will find a way. Too bad we all have to wait to see the outcome of these cases. A bunch more class action a lawsuits should be filed as well I suspect. I think you’ll see a bunch of lawsuits involved in companies selling beef protein powders. If you look at the labels of these powders you’ll see protein spiking amino’s and creatine. All the top brands have them listed on the label.
