I added beef jerky to my diet.  I simply started eating jerky in between meals, and that got me an extra 30 grams of protein during the day.

Just make sure you buy the good stuff.  Its hard to find but make sure you buy beef jerky without SOY or NITRATES.  Its going to be hard to find, but just keep looking or make your own.  Brands NOT to buy are
