We included our favorite products for putting on muscle mass quickly. This bulking stack is perfect for anyone that wants to put on clean size.
- Oatmuscle, is the perfect carb for lean muscle building and is included in our bulking stack. Use this to replenish glycogen and spare amino acids for energy. In addition, these are GOOD calories, not sugary like maltodextrin and dextrose which most supplement companies use.

- Raw Honey.
How To Use The Bulking Stack
In a blender….
16 oz of Lactaid milk or water. If you don’t have a problem with lactose regular organic milk.
1/4 of oatmuscle
1/3 cup of Mega Whey protein
2 tbs of raw honey
1 tsp of Creatine.
For extra mass building…VEGGIES!! If you are a baby with the taste, then go with some veggies and some fruit. If you’re a cry baby then just keep adding more fruit. But if you want CLEAN bulk…veggies!!
Try to use it twice a day. Keep in mind that you only want to use the Creapure once per day. You might want to use the creatine stack.
In addition, things you can do to modify the bulking stack.
If you are an ectomorph (tall and thin and have a hard time gaining muscle)
Add 2 scoops of ice cream. When looking for ice cream look for the one that has no artificial sweeteners and the least amount of ingredients that you can find. Take a look at this brand of ice cream. This is perfect and its called Blue Bunny.
Notice it only has about 4 ingredients. This is how ice cream should be made. Clean, simple and natural. If I am going to eat ice cream this is the only brand I will eat.
The only drawback is the sugar, but honestly, 15 grams for an ectomorph is nothing. Add this ice cream to your shake.
After you add the ice cream you want to add more fat. It is very simple as you can add 3 tbs of sunflower oil or safflower oil. This alone will add 500 calories to your shake. If you can add hemp oil, that is a little rough on the taste buds. But if your shake is high in blended-up veggies anyway, then added hemp oil should not be a problem.
If you are a Mesomorph then you can reduce the amount of fat. But I would still try to use veggies.
If you are an Endomorph (you gain weight easily) then you should use one of our other stacks, as the protein starter stack.
