This is Alex Rogers’ stack that he typically takes on a daily basis. Here is how to make it.
In a blender
It can be any amount you wish but keep in mind less liquid equals a thicker shake, and more liquid equals thinner shake.
Vanilla almond milk is my go-to, but you can also use plain almond milk, regular old milk, banana milk, or really any liquid you wish, including water.
Next, add your ingredients.
1/4 cup of Muscle Shake
1-3 tables of raw muscle honey
1/4 cup of OatMuscle
2-4 tbs of Hanks Peanut Butter
2-3 tbs of Blue Generator
Why do we love this concoction?
Muscle Shake has, in my opinion, the highest DIAA out of all the intact protein powders on the market, including mine. It beats a whey isolate.
