If you notice in the study above they added carbs. And what better carbs to add then my raw honey. It contains numerous different types of carbs, vitamins, and digestive enzymes…..yes this is a super food.
Much better than using an empty nutrient, highly processed carb like all these other supplement comapanies push on you like maltodextrin and dextrose. These carbs are good if you’re on a budget or just like things to tastes good. But honestly they suck and offer no value.
