Hey guys as we all know summer is right around the corner and I know exactly what you’re thinking. How am I supposed to get a ripped six-pack or a nice beach body in two months? Trust me it’s possible. It’s all about your diet, it’s all about the exercises you’re doing, and most importantly it’s about the consistency. I’m here today to help you with that. So in this video, I’m going to be showing you different types of ab workouts that target different parts of your abdominal muscles to get you a flat stomach. I call this workout, the “Female Flat Stomach Workout”. For starters, you have the upper abs, you have the lower abs, and finally the obliques. There are different exercises that target each one. I’m also going to say this right now. Abs are definitely made in the kitchen. If you’re gonna eat like junk you shouldn’t expect results. Plain and simple. You got to fuel your body with good food to see results and I promise if you follow what I’m about to say you will get a nice flat stomach with abs.

Female Flat Stomach Workout

The female flat stomach workout will start with the lower abs. People see more problems in this area, including myself. In the video above I’ll show you how I do leg lifts to work the lower abs. These are a killer and really burn, so try to do them.

Side plank dips are awesome. Lift up and dip downward.

Reverse crunches. Move your knees to your chest. These really work the lower abs.

How To Eat For A Flat Stomach

Here is list of foods to avoid

  1. sugar
  2. artificial sweeteners
  3. caffeine
  4. hydrogenated oils
  5. nitrates
  6. soy
  7. artificial colors
  8. fried foods
  9. processed carbs like maltodextrin, dextrose, fructose, and sucrose
  10. pre workout supplements with DMAA, caffeine, or other stimulants

Foods To Consume

  1. vegetables
  2. lean meats
  3. fruit
  4. grains and nuts
  5. fats like flax oil, hemp oil, and fish oil. (MCT is ok but consuming to much of it can act as a laxative.
  6. unflavored protein powder

Basically, anything that looks like mother nature made it is a good idea. If it looks like it was made in a factory, do not eat it.
