The other day, I posted a TikTok video referring to Protein Factory selling creatine. Most of the comments from the mass market audience that Tiktok is, has no clue that if the creatine monohydrate is NOT Creapure, it is manufactured in China.
Most people think that “creatine is creatine .” When factually, it is not.
The main difference between Chinese-manufactured creatine and Creapure is the level of impurities. Here are two graphics about the existence of DHT and DCD (both possibly carcinogenic)
Conclusion
In my opinion, I like my products pure, which includes my food and my supplements. I don’t like artificial ingredients and preservatives. I also do not like impurities in my creatine.
