Stop using caffeine, coffee, and pre workouts with caffeine immediately!  You’re doing your body more harm then good.  Caffeine releases cortisol in the body which is muscle wasting and fat promoting.  Instead I personally juice.  Typically at least 4 times per week.  I use carrots, beets, and spinach.  (orange, red, and green vegetables).  Here is the juicer that I use.
