If you are looking for a great female back workout, we’ve got a great one for you. Up and coming fitness influencer Jordyn Trenholm takes you through one of her back workouts that will help you get defined and toned.

The first exercise is standing lat pull downs. Try to do at least 10 reps and 4 sets.

The second exercise is lat pull downs. Try to do at least 10 reps and 4 sets.

The third exercise is close grip lat pulldowns. Again try to do 10 reps and at least 4 sets.

The fourth exercise is standing cable rows. 10 reps and 4 sets of these. Make sure you squeeze your shoulder blades together and really flex the back muscle when doing all of these exercises.

The fifth exercise is assisted pull-ups. This is probably the best exercise in my female back workout session. Obviously, if you do not need an assist you can do them without it. But pull-ups are by far one of the most effective exercises you can do for you back. They will not only make you stronger but they will add definition and muscle tone to your back.

The sixth exercise is the incline reverse fly. These really burn the muscle, so make sure that you fight through the burn and do as many as you can. The key is not the weight so much but the burn and getting past it.

Last but not least is the one-armed cable pull downs. I like to finish off my female back workout with these. I pull down and really squeeze the lat muscle and back muscle.
