Happy Father’s Day Advice For Prostate Cancer

I’m going to do some blog posts that are focused on all the fathers and men out there.  The first one, which is this one, deals with prostate cancer and supplements that can support having a healthy prostate.  Prostate cancer is big-time cancer and many men are diagnosed with it.  By using supplements that may offer prostate health and are anti-cancer, you can hopefully avoid ever getting prostate cancer.

I have found some studies that show using resveratrol to battle prostate cancer.  Here they are.

The first supplement is resveratrol.  Resveratrol is a very popular supplement which means two things.  Number 1, you have some high-quality manufacturers out there making good product.  Number 2, you have the Chinese pumping low-quality resveratrol into the United States and being packaged into supplements.  My job, as a supplement guru, is to tell you which resveratrol supplements are the best.  I have said this numerous times, but you want to look for branded ingredients.  For example, Creapure, this is a branded form of creatine monohydrate.  Typically branded ingredients are original and of the highest quality.

Here is the brand I recommend

This is a great product to use pre or post workout as well.  It is simply a healthy supplement to use.

The next supplement to try is curcumin.  When you buy curcumin you want to buy it from the guy that invented the stuff which is Dr. Reddy out of AFI supplements.  Here is the product

AFI Super Curcumin C3 Complex w/ BioPerine, 95 %, 1000mg, 60 caplets

You can stack these two supplements if you wish, or just take one or the other.  They are pretty inexpensive, the Razberi K is litterally like $10 bucks, but three bottles will last you a long time.   and both are great for your health and both do have muscle building properties, mostly anti-catabolic, but that is good enough for me.  🙂
