How I gained 15 lbs & Increased My Sex Drive In 2 Months

When it comes to gaining muscle mass and for those wanting to increase their sex drive, the simple and quick way is to use anabolic steroids.  Pharmaceutical companies will give anabolic steroids a “better” sounding name and call it hormone therapy or testosterone replacement therapy.  In actuality, the doctors are prescribing your steroids to increase your muscle mass and sex drive.  You’ve seen those commericials that don’t even say testosterone, they say “Low T”.  Then they show some 50 year old guy and his hot wife in bed or something clearing enjoying the old geezers new sex drive.

However taking anabolic steroids is not good.  It is a drug, and it does have side effects.  Instead, what I have found is a great way to increase your muscle mass and sex drive all without the use of steroids.  Here is how.

Something happened to me over the past two months that has not happened to me since I left college,

I gained 15 lbs,  increased my sex drive, I’m 43, AND an ectomorph.

Which means (being an ectomorph and old) I have TWO things working against me in the muscle building department, old age and bad genetics.

Over the last two months I was able to go from 183 to 198.  I’m 6 foot tall.  I got stronger too.  In the past my weight would fluctuate a pound or three, but over the past few weeks I just watched my weight go up and up to where it is now.  I’m totally stoked about my gains, but more stoked about HOW I gained 15 lbs, something that I have not done since college, more than 20 years ago.

On the incline barbell bench, I’m repping with 200lbs.  I curl 50 lbs dumbells, and I military press 135 lbs for reps.

My sex drive has increased as well.  All with out the use of drugs, like anabolic steroids.

In addition, my sex drive has increase two fold.  Why?  well keep reading and you’ll find out the simple reason.

Here is how I did it.

Step #1 Eliminate “bad” deodorants

#1.  I eliminated all chemical cosmeceuticals from my life.  First my deodorant.  I was using Old Spice, I guess I was sold by those funny commercials, but the deodorant I believe, whether it is supported by research studies or not, but I believe it contains ingredients that mess with my testosterone in my body because it has estrogen mimics and anti-androgenic endocrine system disrupting chemicals.

Step #2 Eliminate all perfumes.

These are really bad if you want to maintain your manliness.

Next, my soap and shampoo. Many soaps contain fragrance or perfume, if not all of them  Without a doubt in my mind these mess with your testosterone levels.

I got rid of all perfumes out of my life.  No cologne, no soaps, no shampoo’s, laundry detergent even ,nothing…

Step #3.  Eliminate All Plastic in connection with foods and drinking.

Plastics cups, utensils, canned foods, styro foam, and water bottles, I got rid of all of them.  I only drink out of glass bottles.  Without a doubt in my mind, I’ve seen enough evidence that the stuff in plastic messes with your testosterone levels.

over the past dozen years, BPA, a synthetic estrogen, has been found to disrupt the endocrine system, even in trace doses. Bills to ban the chemical from baby bottles and other children’s food containers are before Congress, the Cailfornia legislature and other state and local lawmaking bodies. Recently, the baby bottle industry yielded to pressure from state officials and consumer groups and agreed to turn to non-BPA plastic.

Boom!  That is all I did.  It is really quite easy.  The only drawback is the money.  It does cost more to use glass bottles, better deodorant, and better laundry detergent, but really not that much.  And not using plastic anymore when drinking or eating is pretty easy as well.

Look, unless you have been living under a rock all your life, you should know that TESTOSTERONE is THE player in the muscle building department and your sex drive.  Women, listen up to.  You do not need any more estrogen than you already have.  Thus, all of this is meant for you too.

In conclusion, what I did was eliminate products that I believe lower my natural testosterone and increased my estrogen.  I do not know why I did not do this sooner in my life.  I spend all day and night trying to make supplements that help build muscle and reduce fat, when mean while I was putting products ON my body and in my body that I feel increase estrogen and decrease testosterone in the body.  I almost feel it is common sense NOT to use these products, almost on the same mindset of tobacco.  Most people and even yourself, focus on things to put into their body, mainly supplements and even steroids.  However, eliminating products that decrease testosterone and elevate estrogen I feel is even more significant.

Here is something else I am working on.  Proteinfactory.com deodorant.  It is in its infant stages of development, but I actually made myself some deodorant and have been using it for the last two months.  I added these TESTOSTERONE boosting ingredients.

I call it my TESTosterone deodorant…get it “TEST”..hahaha but anyway, I made my own deodorant, and I suggest you make your own as well.

You need to add these 3 ingredients.  Dr. Beradi, one of the most well respected “muscle building” docs out there showed how these ingredients raised test levels.

Blue Spruce Essential Oil, Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood Oil, and Idaho Balsam Fir Oil.

I’ll make a video later on how to make your own deodorant.  But in the mean time get these essential oils above and get ready to make some TESTOSTERONE deodorant.  For the ladies, I would suggest you use this as well.  I can almost guarantee you are going to be pleased and you’ll enjoy the new sex drive.

For laundry detergent, again get something without chemicals.

To drink out of I simply use glass bottles.  I bought a six pack and I fill them up and store them in the frig.

You have to be careful of the products you buy because some totally bullshit you to thinking they are safe when in actuality they have perfumes and fragrance.  I use an app called “THINK DIRTY.”  Just type it in below, its free.  You can scan items and check if they contain bad stuff.
P.S.   Here is something cool.  I live with my girlfriend’s son.  He is 19.  He also gained 15lbs of pure muscle literally at the same time I did.  Our whole household is essentially chemical free.  I firmly believe these changes also helped him gain muscle.
