Pumpkin Protein Bar with Protein Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe:
Pumpkin Protein Bar Recipe
Ingredients:
Protein Pumpkin Bars:
1 c. 100% pumpkin puree
1 c. Protein Factory Mega Whey-Vanilla
1/3 c. packed Truvia-brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 ½ t. pumpkin pie spice
1 t. instant espresso powder
½ t. vanilla extract
¾ t. baking powder
1c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/3 c. sugar free pancake syrup
2 ½ c. old-fashioned oats
2 T. ground flax seed
¼ c. wheat germ-honey crunch
¼ c. crushed walnuts
Cream Cheese Frosting (optional):
4 oz. cream cheese
2 oz. butter
2 oz. coconut oil
1 c. Truvia
1 c. Protein Factory Mega Whey-Vanilla
Directions:
1. In a large bowl add all pumpkin protein bar ingredients, mix well.

2. Line cookie sheet with foil.
3. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Pour bar mixture onto foil lined cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
6. Let cool.
7. In large bowl add all frosting ingredients, mix well with electric mixer.
8. Once bars are cool, cut into 24 squares.
9. Frost bars with cream cheese frosting.
10. Enjoy!
