ZMA. You might have heard of it. It is a supplement that is supposed to build muscle. Well it does not and it sums up bodybuilding supplements and the companies that sell them. Here is a list of companies still selling ZMA.
- Jym
- Now foods
- Universal
- Biotest
- Optimum Nutrition
- Cellucor
- Twinlab
- Snac (the original scum buckets)
- SAN
- Met-Rx
Let me make one thing clear people. ZMA is a scam. It does not work. It does not raise testosterone. It does not do anything for your body. According to the Book, Game of Shadows, ZMA was simply a scam invented by Victor Conte. And the funny thing is all the supplement companies above continue to sell ZMA..unbelievable, right?
Here’s a part from the book, Game of Shadows…
What I am about to give you is a link to one of the greatest books about the supplement industry you can read. I suggest that everyone that uses supplements read this book because it gives you an insight on what type of scum bags are really heading up these supplement companies that are selling shit like ZMA. Read this book, it’s available online for free. It will make your head spin. And after reading it if you have any ZMA in your cabinet you’ll toss it in the garbage in two seconds flat.
My question is to these supplement companies is…after reading this garbage, do you really still think ZMA is NOT a scam? Where is the integrity? As you can see there is none. The supplement industry is mostly a scam and I am trying to educate my readers and customers that you really have to be careful of the supplements that you use because most are a freakin joke. In addition, what about the retailers that continue to carry ZMA on their shelves. Where is their integrity?
P.S. check out this video. This chick says. “ZMA improves sleep”. This is a claim. ZMA does not improve sleep. ZMA is junk and these pushers of the products are part of the scam that is the problem with the sports nutrition industry.
Here’s another talking about ZMA.
Here’s the deal…dude. ZMA was invented by Victor Conte’…all ZMA supplements after that were spawned from Conte’s ZMA scam. Now the funny thing in this video is, he actually tells you to not buy ZMA…he says it is worthless. But then, says the reason he sells it is because he is a store and he has to sell it. Wait, so you’re telling me that you’re selling a scam? How does that even make sense? Let me get this straight…you say ZMA is a scam but you sell it because you’re not a hypocrite but you’re a store. OH Ok so that makes it ok. I’ll leave with this quote
“A hypocrite is the kind of politician who would cut down a redwood tree, then mount the stump and make a speech for conservation.”
