See how I circled TAURINE in the ingredients of this protein bar. Taurine is a notorious protein spiking ingredient. Yea, protein bars are spiked too! Great!!!!
Be very careful when buying protein bars and look for taurine, glycine, and creatine in the ingredients. If they are in the ingredients most likely that protein bar could be spiked.
