4 Simple Things To Increase Your Body’s Growth Hormone ( Like A lot)

Here’s the email I sent a couple of days ago. It does not include the use of a sauna, that I mentioned above…so do all 4 things!

I wanted to share a possible regime to take advantage of IGF-1 and growth hormone in your body. It is straightforward and produces phenomenal results. 

Last week I introduced GF-250, which is what I feel is the most potent IGF-1 product on the market. This is the first part of the regime.

Next is fasting. It is proven that fasting can increase growth hormone by double and triple digits.  

Finally training. Exercise increases growth hormone as well.  

Therefore I suggest combining all three.

Here is how I would do this regime.

  1.  Eat dinner (final meal)
  2. Skip breakfast and lunch
  3. Train on an empty stomach
  4. Eat dinner with at least 100 grams of protein and one serving of GF-250.
  5. Repeat for at least seven days

Edit: Add the use of a sauna!

The results should be a very decent amount of body fat loss while maintaining muscle.
