And then, of course, what I feel is one of the best creatine monohydrates in the world, which is Creapure. So you’re gonna add these all together. You’re gonna add them all together. Here’s what I would do, okay? I’m six foot, 185. I’m 52 years old. I would use… Like, if I wanted to just overall strength, muscle growth, I, I just felt like I was small or something, I wanted to get bigger, I’m gonna go a quarter cup here. It’s gonna give me about 50 grams of carbs. I’m gonna do two or three tablespoons of that, which is gonna give me about another 28, uh, 38, about f- another 42 grams of carbs. So it’s about 90 grams of carbs. I would do at least a third a cup of this, okay? A third a cup of Total Frag 250. That’ll give me about 20 grams of protein. And one teaspoon of creatine monohydrate. You put all this together, sh- put it in a blender. Now, this, this will mix instantly. That’ll mix instantly. Everything’s gonna mix, okay? So just slight touch on the blender. I would throw in some blueberries for flavoring. What else would I throw in? Blueberries. Pretty much that’s it. You could throw in some bananas for fla- Whatever fruit you need to make it taste how you want it to taste, toss it in there. You, you could even put cocoa in here if you wanted to. If you took raw cocoa, which is great for you, the sweetener right there, that’s gonna make it taste like chocolate, but you’re just gonna need a little bit of it, okay? So add all these together and take it post-workout. You could even take it during the day if you want to, but post-workout would be essential. Chug it down and, like, d- I, I swear, guys, two months, you’re gonna see definitely strength. mean, it… you can’t do better than this. You just can’t. So you’re gonna see strength. You’re gonna see some gains without a doubt, okay? So that’s the combo of Total Frag. Now, here’s a couple substitutions, just little tricks, n- trick. Now, you could replace the Rilos if you wanted to with a, any other carb like oat muscle, okay? Personally, I’m 52, I’m not gonna use Rilos, okay? I’m gonna go with the oat muscle. Total Frag 250, that’s what I’m gonna use. The next best bet is PeptoPro, I would say. Sanabolic is really good. God, I’m so torn between Sanabolic and PeptoPro. They’re just so good. If you don’t want to spend the money on the Creapure, then just get my regular creatine. made in the USA. There’s no substitution for this, though. There’s no substitution for raw honey, okay?
