SCAMMER ALERT: More Than 7 Companies Busted For Bogus Supplements

The supplement industry is filled with sleazeballs. I’ve been telling people for years that the sports nutrition industry is nothing but scam artists trying to convince potential customers to buy their garbage packaged as high-quality products. The protein spiking era busted a ton of big supplement companies. But that did not stop them from continuing to conduct their business. Every once in awhile a supplement company will go out and do their own testing on their competitors. Most recently NOW Foods tested about 20 supplement companies selling CoQ10 and SAMe. Out of a bunch they tested about half failed and failed miserably.

Below is a test that NOW Foods published.

This is the paper NOW Foods published. The results are alarming but not surprising.

Here is the testing done on the SAMe products.

What I find the most disturbing is that the same company was listed on both tests and their products both failed. What does that tell you?

On top of that most likely is these companies above do not make their own products. A contract packager does, which means those guys are dirty scoundrels as well! And God knows how many companies they make product for!

Recently a customer emailed me and said that I’m a liar because of this and that and blah blah blah. She said people on Amazon.com leave me negative feedback and blah blah blah. I told her to go shop on Amazon.com because the supplement companies selling on Amazon.com will tell her everything she wants to hear and more.

Amazon is a cesspool for bogus supplements. Most of these products listed on these lab tests above are sold on Amazon.com. I can’t make any claims but use your own judgment.

The bottom line is that when buy supplements and protein powders, NEVER, EVER go by reviews on Amazon.com, how fancy the package is, or how much bullshit like FDA, GMP, and other so-called certifications the company is claiming they have.

Nothing matters, except for trusting the company that you are buying from. That is why I try to make myself available the best I can. 99 percent of the time I’m reachable by text, phone, or email to answer any questions or concerns.
