The graph above is showing that America is the fattest nation on Earth, and we will continue to be the fattest nation on Earth. In my book I wrote about 5 years ago, I gave my reasons. But I wanted to bring this to my reader’s attention because the sales of weight loss products continue to rise.
What does this mean? It means that, just as I said 5 years ago when I wrote my book, most weight loss products do not work. I concluded in my book that really only one thing drastically works to reduce body fat. No, it’s not some super fat loss supplement or some new training protocol. Losing weight is all about consuming the good stuff
- lean meats (organic when possible)
- good fats (organic butter)
- super foods (kumbucha, super anti-oxidants, and herbs)
However, the bad stuff is cheap, and the good stuff is expensive. It is very inexpensive to eat bad. You can buy a whole meal at McDonald’s for like $4.00.
If you go to Chipotle and get a burrito, you will pay about $9.00. That is double the cost. Now say you have your wife with you and two kids. Instead of paying $30.00 for dinner, you’re paying $60.00 for dinner.
As the nation’s middle class shrinks, it gets more and more difficult to eat healthily. The food companies are in the business of selling fat American’s food thus they continue to make food taste better and cheaper. We eat more and continue to get fatter.
Willpower cannot be bought nor sold. It is your greatest weapon against fat loss. I would suggest a few things to help battle your food cravings.
- Protein powder like my Heliogen casein and Muscle Shake. Use these to kill your appetite.
- My beef jerky. Use this as a healthy snack. It is all protein.

Finally, you need to exercise. It is one of the greatest my beneficial things you can do to help you live longer and healthier. For the life of me, I do not understand how people expect to lose weight and NOT workout.
