I dug a little deeper into the “Greens” supplement category. I concluded that most green powders are trash and underdosed. Most companies selling these powders use the “kitchen sink” marketing technique, which involves using many ingredients to impress potential customers but not telling them they are drastically underdosed. The chart below shows just how these companies, in my opinion, rip you off. Most every ingredient is drastically underdosed. That is why I always recommend buying a single-ingredient supplement. This accomplished two things. First, you can buy the BEST quality ingredient, say, for example, Creapure brand creatine. Secondly, you can use the DOSE YOU want, not the dose they give you.
