A groundbreaking study was just published that concluded that there is no limit to the amount of protein a human can consume per serving. In the past, myself included, nutrition experts would state that the human body could only digest a maximum of around 30 grams of protein per serving. This study just proved this WRONG!! Researchers compared 25 grams of milk protein vs 100 grams of milk protein and found the 100-gram per serving subject group continued to be MORE ANABOLIC than the 25-gram group.
More to come!! Stay tuned!
