So you take that 30 grams, 40 grams, or 50 grams, depending on how much you weigh. Then you combine these two which also spike your insulin now if you don’t know anybody if you don’t you know Now you should know that insulin is the most anabolic hormone in the body So insulin is a yeah, I’d say it’s the body’s most anabolic hormone So if you just want like to grow you’ll just gain size get stronger do whatever the only thing that’s missing out of here is Creatinine, but this is the stack. This is what you want to use 1 3rd a cup of this 1 3rd a cup of that and However much you can afford and taste tolerate this. Still, I would do you know obviously if you do 100% of this and that That’s fine, but this is very expensive so this and that together is a Phenomenal idea I love it How would I add to it?
