All right, guys. How’s it going? Happy Friday. Here we are. We have a customer order. We have, he got my five pounds of whey isolate and five pounds of casein, micellar casein, but he also added leucine peptides. And let, let me tell you why this is a great idea. Most people just get… which is good, the whey and the casein, a fast-acting protein and slow-acting protein. But leucine, now why add leucine? Well, the, the reason why whey protein and dairy proteins work so well is because they’re high in BCAAs, okay? This is, is pretty much common knowledge, right? So whey protein, okay, right here, will be about 30% branched chain amino acids, casein a little lower, not too much. But out of those, okay, remember, branched chain amino acids consist of leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Okay? So, out of this, okay, if you scoop, say, one scoop, let’s just say 30 grams of protein powder you get, you’re getting about three grams of leucine peptides. That’s it. Just three. Now, if you add one or two teaspoons of this, you’re gonna add another five to 10 grams. You get it? Not only that, but it’s in peptide form, okay? This product right here is not free-form amino acids, okay? Did you ever see free-form amino acids and wonder, “Well, where the heck do they come from?” Where do free-form amino acids come from? Just magic? No. They come from a food source. And I don’t even wanna tell you where it comes from ’cause it’s gross. But, so, that’s why, number one, I, I never sell free-form amino acids. I always sell peptides. This product right here, this leucine peptides, is actually a hydrolyzed whey isolate. This is whey protein, guys. Okay? But it just so happens to be designed to contain 50% leucine. Okay? So you see the difference? Not only are you adding leucine, but it’s in peptide form, not free-form. Free-form amino acids are trash. Trust me. They’ve been around since the 1980s when Twin Lab… A lot of you guys probably don’t remember. Twin Lab, okay, was the original company that sell amino acids. I remember buying them when I was, like, probably 15 years old back in ’85, ’88. Okay? Trash. Don’t use free-form amino acids. Go with the peptides. So, when you’re buying protein powder, this is, like, the perfect order, all right? I, I, still wanna see a little more diverse protein sources, but still, whey isolate, fast-acting proteins, slow-acting intact proteins, and then your peptides. All available on the TikTok shop.
