Mixing High GI Carbs, Salmonbolic 98, & Creapure

Insulin has been called the most anabolic hormone in the body.  However, it can also be the #1 enemy when it comes to losing body fat and increasing fat stores.  The best way to manage insulin, meaning how not to get FAT and gain muscle with insulin is to avoid processed food and caffeine.  Both of these products reduce insulin sensitivity.  Someone like myself that does not consume caffeine and barely any processed carbs is very sensitive to insulin.  If I splurge one day and have pancakes and syrup for breakfast, most likely I”ll need a nap around 10 30 AM.

Therefore if you want to see muscle gains from spiking your natural insulin levels you need to time it right and consume the right products.

Three products to do this are high glycemic carbs, hydrolyzed protein, creatine, and alpha lipoic acid.  Leucine peptides I can put on that list too if you really want to max this stack out!  This may be THE most effective muscle building stack.  Numerous studies and experts will agree that when combined these three products help support an anabolic condition in the body.  Salmobolic 98 can be used in this stack to help support an insulinotropic effect.

My recommendation is to consume the products above post workout, when your body is craving nutrients.  I rarely recommend using maltodextrin or dextrose as both of these products are completely lack of any nutrients or naturally occurring vitamins.  Instead, you can simply use fruits, like dates, bananasa, grapes, and watermelon.  Blend them up and then add your 1/4 cup of Salmobolic 98, 1 tsp of creapure, and a couple pills of R-ALA.

I would try this stack for about 6 to 8 weeks and see how it goes.  I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the results you’ll see in strength and muscle.
