Protein Popsicles

Our ambassador Jackie gives you a homemade recipe for making protein popsicles.  Check out these delicious high protein popsicles

Here is the recipe.

First, you need vegetables

  1. You can really use anything you want, but I used these:  kale, spinach, and carrots
  2. Half a lemon rind
  3. Peptopro
  4. Heliogen Casein
  5. Almond butter
  6. Coconut milk

Next take all the ingredients and put them in a blender.  I personally use a Vitamix blender.  It works the best

After that, that pour the mixture into the popsicle molds.

Put them in the freezer and them when they are ready.
