Here is the recipe.
First, you need vegetables
- You can really use anything you want, but I used these: kale, spinach, and carrots
- Half a lemon rind
- Peptopro
- Heliogen Casein
- Almond butter
- Coconut milk
Next take all the ingredients and put them in a blender. I personally use a Vitamix blender. It works the best
After that, that pour the mixture into the popsicle molds.
Put them in the freezer and them when they are ready.
