The first on involves using protein to increase muscle protein synthesis. The person on the first podcast is Caoileann Murphy @caoileannmurphy She is a registered dietitian, MSc Sports Nutrition, PhD Exercise Physiology, and Postdoctoral Research Fellow in UCD.
