Greens Powders EXPOSED as WORTHLESS! TINY Doses Of Ingredients—YOU’RE BEING RIPPED OFF!

Years ago, I coined the term “Kitchen Sink Supplements”. My definition of a kitchen sink supplement is one that contains over 20 to 100 underdosed ingredients per serving size in an attempt to “dazzle” the potential consumer with all the numerous ingredients. One way a supplement company will formulate its “kitchen sink” supplement is with proprietary blends. For example (see below)

As you can see above, this greens powder supplement looks like it contains close to 100 ingredients. In addition, they tried the ol’ “scientific mumbo jumbo” marketing scheme and included the Latin names of each ingredient, hoping to look more “sciencey”. Take a look at their “Perfect Amino” Blend. It contains a total of 1,000mg or 1 g. One gram of free-form amino acids will do ABSOLUTELY nothing to increase muscle protein synthesis. Completely underdosed and worthless.

Another classic example of this was a supplement called Russian Bear, which was popular back 20 years ago. (I still can’t believe this garbage is still for sale!) It’s a weight gainer that contains only 22% protein, but also includes about 20 other ingredients in insignificant dosages. Like tongkat ali and tribulus.

Now, “Kitchen Sink” supplements are back in the form of green powders. I’m going to start with the most popular green powders, with AG1 greens. Each serving of AG1 greens has over 50 ingredients. LMAO!! In my opinion, this is a classic “kitchen sink” supplement. Here are the ingredients I took from their website.

I contend that MOST of the ingredients in this formula are way underdosed. For example, the second ingredient is organic apple powder. I’m sorry, but the “raw food super complex” with a total of 7.5 grams, which is approximately 1 teaspoon of powder, containing apple powder, is entirely useless. I can only guess, but it has to contain less than 1/2 gram, probably less. No way in hell, consuming this minuscule amount of apple powder is going to do anything. You might as well take one bite of an apple because it probably is more than what is in this powder!

Do you see where I am heading with this? Kitchen sink supplements are designed to make you think, “Wow, I’m getting all these essential nutrients and vitamins!” Meanwhile, the dosage is so low that feeding it to a mouse would have no effect. I mean, seriously, does one think that less than 2 grams of pea protein isolate is going to do anything? It is laughable!

Instead, if you want to use a greens powder, I suggest using the one that I sell. My super greens powder is a concentrated vegetable powder with only three ingredients. Each serving will give you 28 kale leaves, eight spinach leaves, and four broccoli stems

Now let me tell you the benefits of each one of the vegetables in my Super Greens Powder.

Kale: Anti-cancer. If you can use one supplement for health, it would be an anti-cancer product. There’s a bunch like my Curcumuscle and AHCC, but kale is a good one. Here is some research for you.

Kale is a powerhouse vegetable for bodybuilding due to its dense nutrient profile. It’s rich in vitamins A, C, and K, which support immune function, bone health, and recovery. High in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, kale helps reduce muscle soreness and oxidative stress from intense workouts. It also provides plant-based iron and calcium, essential for oxygen transport and muscle contraction, plus fiber for digestion and gut health. Its low calorie yet nutrient-dense nature makes it ideal for clean bulking or cutting phases.

Spinach: contains one of my favorite nutrients…inorganic nitrates. If you want to be smart, pair my Super Greens with Tectanic Red. BOOM!!

Spinach is an excellent addition to a bodybuilder’s diet thanks to its rich nutrient content and muscle-supporting properties. It’s loaded with iron, which aids in oxygen delivery to muscles, and magnesium, crucial for muscle function and recovery. Spinach also provides vitamins A, C, and K, supporting immune health, collagen production, and bone strength. Its nitrates may improve blood flow and exercise performance, making workouts more efficient. Low in calories but high in fiber and antioxidants, spinach is great for maintaining lean muscle while supporting overall health and recovery.

But remember the important thing here. These powders will give you the effective dose…not these bullshit kitchen sink supplements!

Broccoli: contains something called sulforaphane. It helps generate muscle stem cells. Very very cool stuff. Here is the research on that.

Here are my recommendations:

Buy my Super Greens and combine with Tectanic Red and Curcumuscle. It packs a one-two punch. Anti-cancer and muscle health. Try this for 2 months and you’ll feel 10X better. And in my opinion, have more energy and make some gains in the gym.
