Quick Start Fat Loss Stack

Happy New Year!  I just saw on the news that “weight loss” is the most popular  New Year’s resolution.  After I saw that news clip this morning it reminded me of all the krap on the market and I wanted to give you a quick run down of the best fat loss supplements out there before you went out and bought something that was over-hyped and that will under deliver.  Most fat loss supplements are completely worthless.  They are based on complete hype, made with Chinese ingredients, and quite frankly just a plain rip off.  Supplement companies take advantage of the fact that most people know nothing about the ingredients in the fat loss product that they are selling and try to convince people to buy their supplements based on their slick marketing.  This slick marketing is usually in the form of fake before and after pictures, bogus science, fancy labels, wanna-be fitness experts recommending the product, and fake testimonials.

Speaking of fake testimonials, I recently read a great article on fake testimonials on Amazon and Bodybuilding.com.  I have to admit, I would think that Amazon would have somewhat of  grip on companies posting fake testimonials, but they don’t.  Bodybuilding.com, you’d have to a complete moron not to know that they probably post a ton of fake reviews.  Here’s the article.  I highly suggest you read it, because MOST people buy a supplement based on testimonials, and I”d say most are fake.

Back to my stack.  I will make several different recommendations to address several different ways to lose fat.

  1. appetite suppression

First appetite suppression.  I wrote an article about this here.  You want to eat less to lose weight.  That’s huge, really huge, so get yourself an appetite suppressant supplement.  One of my favorites is this

Here is how your day should like when you incorporate this stack.

Wake up.

Blend up greens like spinach, kale and then some carrots, and then Casein protein powder.

Swallow all the pills buy the Deltropin and Slendesta

Mid Morning take the Deltropin and Slendesta


Lean Meat or vegan protein shake and more veggies.

Mid afternoon

Things to avoid

  1. caffeine.  I cant stress this enough.  If you want to fail, just continue to use caffeine and preworkout’s with caffeine, energy drink, energy shots.
  2. Sugar.  If you continue to eat sugar and think you’re going to lose weight, then you’ve lost your mind.  Don’t even bother until you can convince yourself and have the discipline not to put sugar in your mouth.
  3. Trans fat.  Same as above with sugar
  4. processed carbs.  Same as trans fat.
  5. Soy.  Soy is hidden in a lot of things, do not eat soy.

I swear to you that if you follow these simple rules that I have given you, you will lose weight.  #1 is the hardest because MOST people are addicted to caffeine.  Addicted you say!  Yes addicted, if you CANNOT immediately stop using coffee with caffeine cold turkey then you are addicted.  But if you can, this will have a huge impact on your body fat levels.

Finally, I just want to address one more thing, and I am going to start to touch on this more in 2016.

Almost 20 years ago I changed the supplement industry by inventing protein customization so people would not get ripped off anymore by companies using the proprietary blend scam.  I then changed the protein industry by exposing that soy lecithin found in 99% of whey proteins has estrogen mimickers in them.  Now I’m going to go after the cosmetic industry.  You see my expert ability in supplement manufacturing has given me the capacity to understand the scams going on in the cosmetic industry, and quite frankly it is just as bad if not worse than the dietary supplement industry.  Just because you’re not swallowing it, does not mean it is not going into your body.  So briefly now let me talk about cosmetics.

CHEMICALS, specifically in those cosmetics.

3 months ago I stopped subjecting my body to cosmetic chemicals and it has made a huge difference in my body and overall health.  I’ve gotten stronger, my skin looks better, and I have more energy.

Hear my out on this one and give it a try.  If you want to take your fat loss goals and health a step further I suggest the first thing you do is stop using deodorant with these common chemicals in them:  Aluminum, Triclosan, parabens, and Phthalates.  By using deodorants with these chemicals, you are subjecting your body to these EVERYDAY, day in and day out.  This is effecting your bodies ability to lose fat and gain lean muscle.

Look, I get it, you don’t want to smell, neither do I.  But at least use this deodorant above most days of the week and then if you have a hot date or something use the chemical stuff.

In the next few months of 2016, I’m going after the cosmetic industry and how avoiding certain cosmetics it will have a positive impact on your health and a reduction in body fat and an increase in muscle mass and energy.  And yes, most likely I”m going to change the cosmetic industry by exposing some bullshit as usual like I did with the dietary supplement industry.
