Whey Protein & Growth Hormone Supplements To Build Muscle

A couple of years ago I created a stack based on a study that showed combing growth hormone supplements with whey protein works synergistically to build muscle. The stack I created combined L-Dopa, a growth hormone supplement with whey protein. Without question, if you take this stack correctly you’re going to get stronger. However, if you think you can take a growth hormone supplement and build muscle as if you were on real growth hormone, ain’t going to happen. That would be like saying taking a natural testosterone booster is going to work like anabolic steroids, that ain’t going to happen either. The reality is that by combining growth hormone-releasing supplements stacked with whey protein will help you build muscle naturally according to a new promising study.

A new study was just published a couple of months ago, involves the growth hormone supplement GABA and whey protein.

The authors of this study clearly conclude that combining GABA, a growth hormone-releasing supplement with whey protein increases muscle mass and makes one stronger. And what is interesting to me is that the people in the study only consumed 10 grams of whey protein. Which is not nearly enough to stimulate maximum anabolism. My protein calculator that is based on an abstract that combined over 40 studies on protein and increasing muscle protein synthesis recommends at least 20 grams of protein for the natural bodybuilder.

If you want to try using your own growth hormone to increase muscle mass I would suggest combining the supplements L-Dopa, Alpha GPC, GABA, and whey protein.

Recommended Instructions

I would take the L-Dopa and Alpha GPC at night with a serving of Muscle Shake, or whey protein isolate.

Then pre or post-workout I would put in a serving of GABA with a hydrolyzed whey protein 520 or a whey protein isolate.

This stack will surely result in an increase in muscle mass and strength.
